PAYMENT & GRATUITY POLICY For the convenience of our guests and to ensure accurate and secure processing, all payments for services, add-ons, deposits, and gratuities are handled exclusively through our booking system, GlossGenius. We gladly accept EMV chip cards, contactless payments, and digital wallets, including Apple Pay®, Google Pay®, and Samsung Pay®. Please note that we are unable to accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or any form of payment outside of GlossGenius. Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. To avoid losing your deposit, you may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged 75% of the total appointment value, minus the deposit.
